Participant (1 of 12) in a focus panel of the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards Practice Analysis Study, facilitated by the Professional Examination Service (New Jersey). The panel assisted in the review and refinement of a comprehensive description of contemporary practice in psychology. The panel was asked to critically examine a proposed competency-based description of practice developed by the PES Practice Analysis Task Force. The focus panel participants were asked to produce behavioral examples of competencies demonstrated by psychologists at varying levels of professional development. The panel met during the American Psychological Association’s Annual convention in Boston, Mass. (August) |
